Neelam Sharma is an educator, researcher, and aspiring agro-entrepreneur committed to driving positive change through innovation, ethical business practices, and sustainable development.

She currently serves as a Soft Skills Trainer and Assistant Professor at Chandigarh University, where she mentors students in professional development, confidence-building, and communication skills. Alongside her teaching, Neelam is pursuing a PhD focused on the role of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies—such as the metaverse—in modern marketing and consumer engagement. Her research explores how businesses can harness advanced digital tools to create more immersive and effective experiences for customers.

In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Neelam is developing FarmHP LLP, a forthcoming agro-innovation venture dedicated to sourcing, cultivating, and exporting premium produce from Himachal Pradesh. Currently in the inception phase, FarmHP LLP aspires to blend traditional agricultural practices with modern methods, creating new opportunities for farmers and delivering exceptional quality to consumers across India and beyond
